Arriving Flights: Because only ticketed passengers are allowed in the gate area, we provide the following options for arrivals:

-  Curbside Pick-Ups: Tampa Airport Ground Transportation, in its effort to relieve the congestion on the arriving lanes, has designated those lanes as "active loading only". Due to this decision, it is no longer possible to wait for our passengers in the arriving lanes. Your chauffeur will stage your vehicle in a "cell phone lot" until you are ready at curbside with your luggage. You will need to contact our office when ready at 813 662-7300.

-  Baggage Greeting: Your chauffeur will be parked in the parking garage. He/She will be standing at the bottom of the escalator in the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name on it. Once the chauffeur makes contact with you, they will get the vehicle and drive it around to the curbside area for loading. There is an additional $10.00 fee plus the parking charges.
